Daily we will call the service manager, but he is not responding. This is the last product I will purchase.
Next time, we will not purchase again. Really worst service team; this team does not work.

Sound lost in my Samsung TV. Obviously problem with speakers.
Samsung technician found the same. Advised replacement. After obtaining confirmation that the speakers were available, charged Rs.590 Service Charge.
Assured installation of speakers within 2-3 days.
On 23.05.25, Service centre informed me that speakers were not available.
Questions.
1)When on 19.05, order placed based on availability confirmation, how come the same become unavailable.
2)Rs 590 Service Charge demand without completing the job .At best only a visit charge applicable. No, reimbursemement of balance till date.
The first point reveals total mismanagement.
The 2nd, though amount is small, manifests absence of integrity

NEW SAMSUNG MOBILE CALL DISPLAY BLACK SCREEN ISSUE- ( A36)
As discussed ,Below mobile our General Manager Mr. Joshua Dinesh purchased at IT Word 18th March.
Our problem is if any incoming calls coming our mobile display some time showing full black screen.
Also we troubleshoot software update and screen display setting.
But still our issue continued ( Attached bill copy for your kind reference ).
Need to provide new mobile immediately.

I bought a 1-ton Air conditioner in dec 2023 and it stop cooling around last week of February, after I complained technician came after 2 weeks and nothing did, after so many follow ups and telephone calls another team came and confirmed ac have Gas lleakge, they took away the outer unit and returned after 2 weeks, I t work fine around 3 weeks and stop cooling again around mid of april, again I complained to the shop where I bought and Samsung customer service also until now nobody call or came to check the AC . every day I contact them nobody responds.

We don't have any call back contact number to call them to install it.
These flipkart delivery persons just left after keeping it. We are very disappointed with the service and especially from the Samsung customer service services to install the refrigerator till now.

About a year ago, I bought both a 50-inch and a 43-inch Samsung TV. Unfortunately, both screens developed issues just one month after the warranty period ended.
Interestingly, two of my friends had similar experiences. It's frustrating, and it seems like Samsung might be taking advantage of the Indian consumer market.
My advice? Avoid buying Samsung TVs.
